Business unit Infobric Construction, which is a market leader in its niche and dedicated to enhancing workplace safety in the construction domain, is now looking for a dedicated and experienced engineer who is ready to lead multidisciplinary development team at Infobric Field. As Team Lead in Infobric Field you will be responsible for our web and mobile team’s well-being, progress and delivery, as well as contribute operationally with your hands-on engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving our web and mobile teams’ work on new functionality development and continuous improvements against planned goals and deliveries.
• Work in close dialogue and collaboration with Product Owner, Product Designer, QA engineers and DevOps.
• Understand product requirements and generate smart solutions that can be broken down and planned into sprints with web and mobile team.
• Work on team coaching, continuous process improvements and setting delivery demands
• Be able to work full-time from our office in Stockholm or Jönköping

Your Experience:

• Proven technical background in one or more of our key tech stacks within mobile, front- or backend development.
• You are pro-active towards interest in new technologies and new approaches towards development.
• You have worked with multi-platform software development teams (Web, iOS, Android, QA, DevOps).
• Scrum master experience is a good plus
• Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural workplace
• Good communication skills in English, we have colleagues in several countries with different mother tongues. Swedish is a plus.
