As a product-oriented Tech Lead in Infobric Field you will use your hands-on engineering and team collaboration experience to deliver right product development decisions together with our web and mobile engineers of 8 people. Together as a team you will ensure that our functional and non-functional priorities are aligned with business goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive evolution of product based on functional/non-functional requirements and long-term business goals within Infobric Field and in collaboration with other products in Infobric.
• Build technical roadmap in close correlation with business and product goals, refactoring plans and justification of them with business (incl. continuous technical debt eliminations).
• Development of new functionality, continuous improvement and optimization of existing functionality, troubleshooting, technical debt and experiments.
• Development of technical solutions (including architectural) together with cross-functional teams, finding optimal implementation solutions and related knowledge transfer.
• Facilitation and ownership of decisions made in the team by helping your teammates make clear decisions in alignment with organisational goals, backing decisions made and taking responsibility for team success.
• Reviewing epics and projects critically and ensure they’re appropriately broken down and prioritised, and well understood by everyone involved.

Your Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full life cycle software development for multi-platform digital products preferably as a back-end engineer, team lead or equivalent.
• You can relate architectural decisions and recommendations to business needs and thrive when working in the intersection between business and engineering development.
• Stellar problem solving, organizational and time management skills
• Readiness to develop yourself in different stack directions and work on complex tasks. Strong work ethic and motivation to learn.
• You respect user-centric development priorities and are ready to contribute in product planning yourself.
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus.
