Communication & PR Manager

As our Communication & PR Manager, you’ll play the key role in building Infobric’s communication and media presence from the ground up. From crafting a compelling messaging strategy to managing media relations and driving our corporate content across all channels, you’ll be the voice behind Infobric.
You will lead our communication agenda and work closely with our executive management team, collaborate with 16 driven marketers and give support to three dynamic business units. At Infobric your voice will be valued, your ideas will shape our direction and your work will drive change.
We’re looking for a hands-on communication expert who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo, is passionate about about building something that isn’t fully defined yet, telling powerful stories, building strong media relationships and shaping a company’s voice from the inside out, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
Communication Strategy & Messaging
- Define and implement Infobric’s communication and PR strategy
- Develop communication plans and ensure activities within all disciplines to various stakeholder groups
- Own the development of tone of voice, messaging platforms and content frameworks across all channels
- Effectively communicate new acquisitions with key stakeholders and facilitate their onboarding
Media & PR
- Act as Press contact and manage the news archive, media library and other press-related materials
- Create and lead a proactive media strategy for key markets and business areas
- Ensure that Infobric and its spokespersons are featured in relevant industry forums, events and debates
- Identify potential reputation risks and own the crisis communications plan
- Develop existing partnerships and identifying new strategic relationships and communities to increase external visibility
Content
- Own and continuously improve and update our Group website by setting direction, overseeing content and assigning updates to our internal teams to ensure everything stays relevant, aligned and up to date
- Lead the social media strategy by setting direction, coordinating and delegating to team members to grow our presence across platforms (we’re still in the early stages)
- Own and execute the omnichannel content strategy depending on business needs
Cross-Functional
- Act as the go-to person for communication and PR across the company
- Support and educate internal teams in Media and communication best practices
- Collaborate closely with executive management, business units, HR, and external partners
- Shape our internal processes, set ways of working, make guidelines and policys and set best practices in marketing and communication
- Lead with senior influence in a matrix organisation
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in PR and communications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong ability to execute hands-on
- Strong writing and storytelling skills (Swedish and English) as you will create a high volume of copy and content across channels
- Experience in both developing and scaling communication and messaging frameworks
- Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment with many stakeholders
- Experience in the construction sector, whether gained in-house or through PR agency roles across construction or similarly industries is highly valued.
