You stay curious, dive confidently into new technologies, and always find a way forward. Your role
You’ll take a leading role in developing, optimizing, and scaling our WordPress-based commercial web platform, which serves multiple international markets. Working closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders across the organization, you’ll ensure our websites deliver exceptional performance, accessibility, and user experience - and that they support Infobric’s continued growth.
Your responsibilities:

Who you are
We’re looking for a curious and driven developer with a strong full-stack mindset someone who thrives on combining clean code with smart design and enjoys taking technical ownership.
You'll likely have:
- A minimum 6+ years of professional experience in web development, with deep knowledge of WordPress, preferably gained from working in a larger company.
- Strong skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web standards
- Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins such as Elementor, WooCommerce, ACF, and Yoast
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures
- Solid understanding of UX, SEO, accessibility, web performance, and responsive design
- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git
- Experience collaborating closely with designers in Figma or other design tools
- Familiarity with agile project management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and markets
It's a plus if you have:
- Worked with WordPress multisite environments, managing shared functionality across multiple sites or markets
- Developed and maintained international and multilingual websites, ensuring localization and performance across regions
- Developed or customized WordPress themes and child themes to create flexible, scalable solutions.
- Understanding of analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, GSC
- A data-driven mindset, using A/B testing, heatmaps, or behavior analytics tools (like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar) to evaluate user behavior and drive continuous optimization.
- Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is an advantage for supporting local content and team collaboration, but not a requirement.
What we offer
- A key role with real influence in a growing digital team within a stable, expanding tech company rooted in the construction industry
- Collaboration with skilled, international colleagues in a culture of openness and creativity. Flat structure with autonomy and ownership
- Office perks including a fully equipped gym, weekly fika, and Friday breakfasts
The team you’ll be joining
You’ll join a diverse, dynamic Marketing & Web team where openness, collaboration, and continuous development are part of everyday life. This role is fully on-site, giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and immerse yourself in our office culture.
Reporting to Victor Cabrera our Web Growth Manager, you’ll play the key role in driving our web development initiatives forward. You’ll also collaborate closely with and provide guidance to our junior web developer, ensuring high-quality execution and technical excellence. We value face-to-face collaboration and team spirit. You’ll drive the work for user-centered, high-performing websites that make it easier for our customers and accelerate our digital growth.
