We are now looking for a Cloud Systems Engineer to join our international IT team who will play a key role in optimising our internal IT environments.
About the role
As a Cloud Systems Engineer at Infobric, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and optimising our internal IT environments. Your primary focus will be on our Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and high security standards across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you will work operationally with daily IT support while also driving technical improvements and contributing to long-term architecture and governance.
You will join a dedicated internal IT team of six colleagues located in Sweden and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and develop Infobric’s Microsoft environment, including:
- Entra ID (identity & access management)
- Exchange Online (mail, calendar)
- Azure (infrastructure & services
- Intune (device & application management)
- Defender (security & threat protection)
- SharePoint & Teams (collaboration & productivity
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and security configurations across all platforms.
- Support hybrid environments spanning both Windows and macOS devices.
- Provide hands-on IT support to employees, handling incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within infrastructure, automation, and IT processes.
- Collaborate colleagues and management across the organisation to deliver reliable and modern IT services.
Who you are
We believe you are a structured, solution-oriented IT professional who thrives in a global and fast-growing environment. You enjoy working both strategically and hands-on, and you bring curiosity and passion for modern IT infrastructures.
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and enterprise security solutions.
- Experience supporting mixed device environments (Windows & macOS).
- A service-minded attitude and ability to communicate clearly with internal users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
