Empowered to Grow: Matilda's experience at Infobric
Meet Matilda Björnfot, Customer Success Manager at Infobric Workforce, sharing her story of being a part of Infobric.

Matilda Björnfot joined Infobric in 2023 and has already experienced a dynamic journey across teams and markets. With a passion for building customer relationships and driving internal improvement, she’s now leading the way in expanding Infobric's footprint in Norway.
Hi Matilda, can you briefly share with us about your journey at Infobric so far?
- When I first joined Infobric, our KMA platform Field (formerly Buildsafe) was a relatively new addition to the company. I was the first member of the Customer Success team to work across both the Site and Field platforms. Early on, I was entrusted with my own customer portfolio, which I lead and develop through our services.
When my manager went on paternity leave, I was given the chance to take on additional responsibilities, which was an opportunity I'm both proud and grateful for.
When he returned, I briefly transitioned into a hybrid role last fall, splitting my time between sales and customer success. After the New Year, I returned full-time to the Customer Success team. Since March, I’ve been supporting the development of both internal and external processes, while also expanding our portfolio in the Norwegian market.
What's the best part of working at Infobric?
- As I’ve described, my journey at Infobric has been quite eventful, even though I’ve "only" been with the company for two years. Whenever I’ve expressed a desire for more responsibility, new challenges, or a broader scope in my role, I’ve always felt encouraged to speak up. I consider myself fortunate to have had supportive managers, on all levels, who have been open to finding these opportunities.
Infobric enables me to be flexible and dynamic in my work, and that’s something I truly value and appreciate.
What aspects of Infobric’s culture make it a great place to work?
- I view Infobric as a very flat organization, where a lack of prestige fosters an open, approachable, and safe work environment. If I have a question about something regarding the product, I can easily reach out to the product team. If I have ideas related to marketing or sales, I feel comfortable bringing them directly to the relevant managers. This kind of environment not only supports my personal development but also contributes to the growth of the company.
