Developing more than just websites - Axel’s journey at Infobric
Meet Axel Dalboard, Web Developer at Infobric Group, sharing his story of being a part of Infobric.

"Infobric offers a perfect balance of freedom and responsibility, allowing employees to take ownership of exciting projects and make impactful decisions."
Since joining in September 2022, Axel's role has grown rapidly, leading major projects and driving the company’s digital growth.
Hi Axel, can you tell us briefly about your journey at Infobric?
- I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering in June 2021, followed by a one-year Master’s in User Experience Design, which I completed in June 2022. Shortly after, I was offered a position at Infobric as their first and only web developer for their commercial website. It was both an exciting and daunting opportunity - my first full-time role in the field, and one that came with a great deal of responsibility from the start. Despite having limited experience, I embraced the challenge of being technically responsible for Infobric’s commercial website. I saw it as an opportunity that would allow me to grow quickly, and looking back, I was absolutely right.
Over the past two and a half years, I’ve grown significantly in my role. What once felt like major tasks now seem small in comparison. I’ve contributed to several key projects, including building the new Workforce and Equipment & Assets websites, and more recently, launching our new United Kingdom and United States sites as part of the MSite migration.
What aspects of Infobric’s culture make it a great place to work?
- Infobric offers a perfect balance of freedom and responsibility, allowing employees to take ownership of exciting projects and make impactful decisions. The collaborative environment spans across teams and borders, with opportunities to travel to our other offices in Sweden. The company fosters an international culture since we work closely with colleagues in other countries. Apart from work, Infobric provides a lot of benefits like daily breakfast, wellness allowance, fredagsfika, and fun after-work events.
What’s something exciting about Infobric that you think people should know about?
- One of the most exciting things about working at Infobric, something people might not realize, is the wide range of roles and opportunities available. Back when I was a computer science student, I was often only exposed to the major development consulting firms in town, so Infobric came as a pleasant surprise.
Infobric truly offers something for everyone - whether you’re in finance, development, marketing, or sales, there’s a place for you here.
Thanks so much, Axel, for sharing your story with us. We’re excited to watch you keep developing the future here!
