Meet Stacie, Project Coordinator in Liverpool. Since joining Infobric in 2021, she has grown alongside the business, taking on new challenges and building her confidence along the way. Starting out in a delivery-focused role, she has gradually developed into her current position through curiosity, dedication, and a willingness to keep learning. Her journey reflects the kind of opportunities that can open up at Infobric, where support, trust, and initiative can lead to real career growth.
What was your first role at Infobric?
I joined the organisation in April 2021 as a Delivery Coordinator, where my primary responsibility was overseeing and managing courier deliveries.
What attracted you to Infobric in the beginning?
I was initially drawn to the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment at Infobric.
My sister also works in the business and hearing my sister speak so positively about the team’s work ethic and supportive culture also made me even more interested in becoming part of the company.
Can you describe your journey from your first role to where you are today?
My journey has been one of continuous development, responsibility, and growing confidence in leading projects and delivering value to customers.
How have your responsibilities evolved over time?
Over the past five years at Infobric, I have progressively taken on greater responsibility, which has enabled me to develop my skills and earn increased trust within the business. I have grown from supporting project delivery at a junior level to managing projects directly and serving as the primary point of contact for customer communications.
How has Infobric supported your growth and development?
Infobric has encouraged me to pursue more responsibilities and supported my development by enrolling me in a project management course to further strengthen and refine my skills.
What internal opportunities, training, or promotions helped you move forward?
I completed an APM course, which significantly enhanced my project management knowledge. In addition, I have progressed through the organization, earning promotions from junior roles to positions with greater responsibility.
How would you describe the culture when it comes to career progression?
Infobric encourages initiative and rewards dedication, making it possible to advance from junior roles whilst continuously building skills and confidence.
What advice would you give someone who wants to grow within the company?
Be proactive, take on new challenges, and seek out opportunities to learn.
What excites you most about the future at Infobric?
The opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and continue developing my skills in a supportive environment.
