My Infobric Story: Meet Jonas Jönsson
Infobric people are the heart of innovation and progress. That is why we want to share the stories of our employees to highlight their growth and contribution within the company. By showcasing real experiences, career journeys and personal achievements we want to underline Infobric's supportive culture and commitment to development.
Meet Jonas Jönsson, Sales Manager for Rental & Machines at Infobric. Since joining the company in May 2024 as an Account Executive, he has taken on a broader role, expanded into new markets, and grown alongside the business. His journey reflects the fast pace, entrepreneurial spirit, and opportunities that make growth at Infobric possible.
What was your first role at Infobric, and when did you join?
I started as an Account Executive in May 2024.
What attracted you to Infobric in the beginning?
Working in a team with competent, ambitious, and driven colleagues was a strong factor. Another factor was that, despite having a lot of employees, the company has managed to maintain an entrepreneurial spirit where the business is in focus. Additionally, Infobric had acquired several of the companies that we were customers of at my previous job, including Addmobile, Applied Systems, and Telliq AB, as part of its investment in the rental industry, which I had worked in before.
Can you describe your journey from your first role to where you are today?
I worked in sales, primarily focusing on telematics for machines and electronic driving logs. Quite quickly, I also started selling Hyrma to Swedish machine rental companies, and after that, both Workorder and Onlet were added as solutions I sold, with a focus on the rental industry in Sweden and Norway, as well as machine owners.
In December 2025, I was offered the role of Sales Manager for Infobric's offering connected to Rental & Machines, which includes the platforms I mentioned earlier.
How have your responsibilities developed over time?
In addition to the opportunity to sell more products in more countries, I have also been involved in driving various growth initiatives and some business development, which has created a level of variety and pace in my day-to-day work that suits me very well.
How has Infobric supported your development?
In my opinion, Infobric is built in a way that if you step forward and take initiative, you are given the opportunity to influence things regardless of your role. It is a style of leadership and a company culture that, I believe, brings out the best in many people.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to grow within the company?
You need to love change, constantly strive to improve, be curious about finding solutions and answers both internally and externally, and dare to believe in yourself. Then the company will do the same.
What are you most looking forward to when it comes to the future at Infobric?
I am most looking forward to the continued investment being made and the enormous potential that exists both in the markets where we are already strong and in new markets, in an industry that truly needs our offering.
Moreover, being challenged and inspired by my colleagues in order to keep developing, that is what I look forward to the most. It will also be very interesting to see where we are in 1, 2, and 3 years, considering how much is happening here.
What makes Infobric different compared with other companies you have worked at?
It allows employees to take space, take initiative, and dare to succeed, even though we all might fail several times along the way, which is a part of the progress. Combined with the fact that we are constantly focused on improving and challenging ourselves, it is inspiring to be part of.
